2. Conduct Due Diligence
Arrange your finances, carry out research, and seek legal or financial advice as required.
3. Arrange a Viewing
Schedule an in-person or virtual viewing if required. If you choose to offer without viewing, this is at your own risk.
4. Submit an Offer
Make your formal offer to purchase the property. We will negotiate with the seller on your behalf.
5. Secure Your Property
Enter into the Exclusivity Agreement and pay the Buyer’s Fee upon offer acceptance.
6. Exchange and Complete
Finalise the purchase within the exclusivity period, exchange contracts, and take ownership of your new property.
